De Wetterhoun | Resort Balk is a new holiday park due to open in mid-July 2026. During your stay, the park will not yet be fully completed and finishing work may still be taking place in some areas. We will, of course, do our utmost to keep any disruption to a minimum.

With 70 m² of living space, you’ll have plenty of room to fully relax at Resort Wetterhoun, located on the shores of the beautiful Slotermeer in Balk, Friesland.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area is bright and airy, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Two equal bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed, ideal for a stay with four guests. The modern bathroom is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Outside, the large terrace invites you to relax, enjoy outdoor dining or simply take in the surroundings. From the park, you can walk straight to the beach at the Slotermeer, the marina or the pavilion. Cycling routes, boating opportunities and charming Frisian villages are just around the corner.
